Bordeaux Métropole continues its commitment to sustainable mobility by extending its financial aid program for the purchase of specific bikes until 2027. This scheme, supported by the State under the “Breathable Cities in 5 years” program, aims to facilitate access to electric, cargo, folding, or adapted bikes for residents and workers of the metropolitan area.
1. Amount of aid according to the reference tax income per share

Eligible bike types include:

The bike must be new or used and purchased from a professional.
2. Conditions to meet
- Be a private individual.
- Live or work in one of the municipalities of Bordeaux Métropole.
- Purchase an eligible bike or device from a professional.
- Provide a certificate of approval or conformity of the bike.
- Submit your application within the year following the purchase date.

- Attach the supporting documents:
- Purchase invoice.
- Identity document.
- Proof of address.
- Tax notice.
