Delivery Terms
Once you receive your order confirmation email, the order is forwarded to our logistics provider. They prepare your order to ship it usually within 24 to 48 hours. This may take longer if you pre-order a product that is not in stock (the expected shipping date is provided on the product page for items available for pre-order).
When our logistics partner has prepared your order, the delivery service (Colissimo, UPS, Geodis, GLS, or Chronopost depending on the destination, order volume, and the option you chose) picks up the package, and an email is sent to you to inform you that your order has been shipped and to allow you to track the delivery.
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 48 hours in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and within 3 to 5 business days in the rest of Europe.
