Instagram Contest Rules | Ritmic

Article 1 — Organization

The company Elwing Tech, whose registered office is located at 87 quai des queyries 33100 Bordeaux, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 819 757 980 00027 (hereinafter "the Organizer"), is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary on the social network Instagram, from March 29, 2026 at 9:00 AM to April 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Paris time).

This contest is organized as part of the launch of the brand Ritmic (formerly Elwing).

Article 2 — Participation Conditions

Participation is open to any individual of legal age (18 years old as of the start date of the contest), residing in metropolitan France, Belgium, or Luxembourg, excluding employees of the Organizer and their relatives.

Participation is free and does not require any prior purchase.

Each participant must have an active and public Instagram account throughout the duration of the contest. Only one Instagram account per participant is allowed. Accounts that are clearly fake or created specifically for this contest will be disqualified.

Article 3 — How to Participate

To participate validly, the participant must, during the contest period:

  1. Follow the Instagram account @ritmicbikes
  2. Like the official contest post published on March 29, 2026
  3. Comment on the same post by tagging 2 friends they would like to ride with, and answering the question: "What does freedom in motion mean to you?"

Optionally (participation not mandatory, with no impact on the validity of the entry):

  • Share the post in an Instagram story to increase chances of winning

Any incomplete, fraudulent participation or failure to comply with these conditions will be considered null and void.

Article 4 — Winner Selection

The draw will take place on April 12, 2026, among all valid comments, using an online random draw tool (Comment Picker or equivalent). The Organizer will keep proof of the draw.

One (1) main winner will be selected, as well as two (2) alternates in order of the draw, in case of no response or ineligibility of the main winner.

The winner will be contacted by private Instagram message within 48 hours following the draw. If no response is received within 72 hours of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select the next alternate.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify the winner’s participation compliance (following the account, like, comment) before confirming their identity.

Article 5 — Prize

The prize is a Ritmic Duo two-seater electric cargo bike — Standard version, Pearl White color, with a retail value of €2,799 including tax.

Prize features:

  • Bafang 250W motor, 80 Nm
  • Standard 48V 14.4 Ah (691 Wh) battery — range up to 75 km
  • Tektro 4-piston hydraulic brakes
  • Schwalbe Supermoto X 20x4 puncture-resistant tires
  • Two-seater saddle, turn signals, electric horn, start assist trigger
  • 2-year warranty (excluding wear parts)
  • 95% assembled on delivery

The prize will be shipped only to metropolitan France, Belgium, or Luxembourg, to the address provided by the winner, within 10 business days following validation of their details. Delivery costs are covered by the Organizer. The prize is awarded as is, with no possibility of exchange, refund, color change, or substitution for cash value.

Article 6 — Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in case of Internet network malfunction, Instagram platform issues, or any other event beyond its control that may disrupt or prevent the proper conduct of the contest.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, or cancel this contest for any legitimate reason, without liability.

Article 7 — Instagram Disclaimer

This contest is organized and managed exclusively by Ritmic. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Participants acknowledge that their information is transmitted to the Organizer and not to Instagram. Any questions regarding the contest must be addressed to the Organizer, not Instagram.

Article 8 — Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

As part of this contest, the Organizer collects personal data (Instagram username, winner’s postal address). This data is processed solely to manage the contest and ship the prize.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to their data. To exercise these rights, they can contact the Organizer at the following address: support@ritmic.co.

Data will be kept for a period of 3 months from the end of the contest, then deleted.

Data will not be shared with third parties without the prior explicit consent of participants.

Article 9 — Rules

Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 10 — Disputes

These rules are governed by French law. In case of dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these rules, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the Organizer’s registered office.
