You don’t need to travel. If you are in Île-de-France, a carrier will come to pick up your bike directly from your address, usually without the need to pack it. Outside Île-de-France, you have two options: If you have a box, the partner carrier will pick up your bike at no extra cost. If you don’t have a box, a flat deduction of €19 will be applied to the buyback price to cover the cost of providing a shipping box. Upway also offers a shipping kit to order if you no longer have your original box.
