Lille: dedicated bicycle assistance for young people entering the workforce
The City of Lille has introduced a mobility support program for young people pursuing a professional integration program. This financial assistance aims to make it easier to purchase a bicycle, whether electric or not, in order to promote access to employment or training.
1. Assistance available in Lille

The assistance is granted upon presentation of paid invoices.
2. Conditions to meet
- Live in Lille.
- Be between 16 and 25 years old (up to 30 in certain specific cases).
- Be non-taxable or part of a non-taxable tax household.
- Be involved in a professional integration program, including:
- Work-study or apprenticeship.
- In a precarious employment situation (fixed-term contract of less than 6 months or temporary work).
- Receiving support from the Local Mission with a certificate or a CEJ / PACEA contract.
- Complete 25 hours of volunteer work with a Lille-based association.
