🚛 Fast and transparent shipping

In-stock products are shipped within 48 business hours, then delivery takes an average of 2 to 3 days for orders to be delivered in France, and 3 to 5 days for the rest of Europe. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by another when it is shipped. The carrier tracking number will be provided so you can track the progress of your package.

For pre-order products, we ship as soon as the stock is available and in the chronological order of received orders. The expected shipping date is displayed on the product page, and you will be notified by email if there is any change to the expected delivery date.

Some products are available for pickup at our premises in Bordeaux, by appointment.
