Do I need to come in person to drop off my bike?
You don’t need to travel. If you are in Île-de-France, a carrier will pick up your bike directly from your address, usually without the need to pack it. Outside Île-de-France, you have two options: If you have a box, the partner carrier will collect your bike at no extra cost. If you don’t have a box, a flat deduction of €19 will be applied to the buyback price to cover the cost of providing a shipping box. Upway also offers a shipping kit to order if you no longer have your original box.

Our brand (formerly Elwing) recently changed its name to Ritmic. Apart from the logo, the products remain the same. If you order a new bike, it will likely bear the Elwing logo until our stock is completely refreshed.
