1. Aid offered by the Lyon Metropolis
The subsidy amounts depend on the applicant’s reference tax income per share (RFR/part) and the type of bike purchased. Here is an overview of the maximum available aids:

2. Eligibility conditions
- Reside in one of the municipalities of the Lyon Metropolis.
- Have not received bike aid from the Metropolis in the last 4 years.
- Justify a reference tax income per share (RFR/part) less than or equal to €26,200 (according to the 2023 tax notice).
- Have purchased an eligible bike or equipment between January 1 and December 31, 2025.
- Have made the purchase from a retailer located in the Metropolis (except for adapted bikes for people with reduced mobility, purchase possible anywhere in France or online).
- Ensure the bike complies with the NF EN 15194 standard (for e-bikes and kits).
3. How to apply?
Applications are made exclusively online via the Toodego platform.Documents to provide:
- Identity document (front/back).
- 2023 tax notice.
- Proof of address less than 3 months old.
- Bike purchase invoice (indicating payment or payment method).
- Approval certificate or technical manual (for e-bikes or kits).
- Bank details in the name of the applicant.
