Lille: a dedicated bike aid for young people in integration
The City of Lille has set up a mobility support scheme for young people undergoing professional integration. This financial aid aims to facilitate the purchase of a bike, whether electric or not, to promote access to employment or training.
1. Available aids in Lille

The aid is granted upon presentation of paid invoices.
2. Conditions to be met
- Reside in Lille.
- Be between 16 and 25 years old (up to 30 years in certain specific cases).
- Be non-taxable or attached to a non-taxable tax household.
- Be engaged in a professional integration process, notably:
- In work-study or apprenticeship.
- In a precarious professional situation (fixed-term contract less than 6 months, temporary work).
- Followed by the Local Mission with certificate or CEJ / PACEA contract.
- Complete 25 hours of volunteering with a Lille association.
