Today, everything is rare and all prices are rising. Raw materials, workforce, shipping. We are affected like everyone else by this situation and we have been forced to increase our selling prices several times in the last 18 months. It doesn't help anyone (neither you nor us), but we don't really have a choice if we want to continue to survive.
On the other hand, we sometimes reach a point that allows us to improve our quality and reduce our prices. We've already done it (notably on 24 August 2018 and 24 October 2019 for those who remember), and we're doing it again.
How is this possible?
There is no miracle, it's the result of a few challenges won on every step along the way.
• Design : We listen to you, we observe you, we take notes and we improve our products. Our Customer Service Team takes all the feedback and report it to the engineering team with precious insights to improve our products. We redesign components to make them stronger, more resistant to water and real-life conditions. And because they're more durable, we save money on warranty.
• Production : With the experience of our teams and our industrial partners, we improve the efficiency of the manufacturing processes. We produce faster and it costs less.
• Volumes : We produce more and more and we anticipate better, which helps us a lot in the negociation of our purchase prices for components, raw materials, etc. all the way down to the shipping aspect.
• Storage : Our forecasts are "less bad", we are out of stock less and less frequently. Let's be clear, we still have a lot of progress to make on this point (we are still far too often out of stock).
