A new life for our boards
With Elwing, our commitments are many. We want to offer you vehicles that are modular and therefore sustainable, but also affordable. As a company, we place importance on being as responsible as possible regarding our own operations.
In this spirit, we recover the Powerkit Skateboards to repair them, restore them, and offer them again for sale at an attractive price.
Refurbishment: under what conditions?
Currently, we focus on boards returned within the withdrawal period. According to our policy, it is possible to return a skateboard free of charge within 14 days of delivery. All conditions for a return and refund policy is detailed on our website.
These boards returned to us, as well as those with minor manufacturing defects from production, are refurbished in our our workshop in Bordeaux. Each board is then carefully inspected: we check the components one by one, run tests, and clean them before offering them for sale again.
Refurbished products: features
You should know that all our refurbished boards are certified and come with a two-year warranty, just like new boards. The selling price of these boards is adjusted according to the product’s level of wear.
To assist you in your purchase, we offer two levels of refurbished products. Gold category skateboards have only been used once before being refurbished and show only very light signs of wear. For the Silver category, the boards may show some signs of wear but have been fully overhauled. Of course, in both cases, the Powerkits are in perfect working condition.
