Whether you ride for leisure or more seriously, your skateboard or your electric bike can face tough daily challenges. However, we don’t always have the skills to fix our bike ourselves and make the necessary repairs to get going quickly. That’s why Elwing has established a partnership with Cyclofix.

The Cyclofix Service

Cyclofix is a company that provides a repair technician who comes to your home, workplace, or anywhere else to fix your bike.

Whether you have a brake or tire problem, you can get an estimate for the repair cost. In the end, there are no surprises since everything is included in the price: labor, parts, and valuable advice from your technician. You can also simply call on Cyclofix for regular maintenance to prevent potential issues in the future. The service was created because the Cyclofix teams, like us at Elwing, believe that soft mobility is the future of transportation, especially in urban centers.

Since the goal is to save you the trip to the shop for a repair, you can book a repair online or via the Cyclofix mobile app. Thanks to their expertise and teaching approach, qualified technicians save you hassle and waiting time, which is no small thing!

Currently, Cyclofix operates in fourteen major cities in France: Lille, Paris, Strasbourg, Lyon, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Nantes, Rennes, Nice, Marseille, Montpellier, Rouen, Tours, Orléans, and their surrounding areas. More cities will open soon across the country and even in Europe.

Our Partnership

Thanks to our partnership, you can benefit from Cyclofix services for your Yuvy through Elwing. How does it work?

You first need to contact us via chat or at support@elwingboards.com to explain your needs. We perform a diagnosis (remotely if possible) and determine whether the issue is electronic or mechanical.

If the problem is electronic and under warranty, it’s very simple since our after-sales service handles it.

If your repair concerns the mechanical part, out of warranty, and if you live in one of the fourteen cities where Cyclofix operates, we will direct you to their teams. As mentioned earlier, this includes brakes, cables, transmission, general maintenance, or even punctures, and you can book your repair here. We are proud to rely on this partnership to ensure you are never slowed down or stranded for long.

**

Because our vehicles are modular, they are built to last. For this reason, regular maintenance and timely repairs help guarantee a long life for your electric vehicles. Thanks to our partnership with Cyclofix, it’s even very easy to take care of your Yuvy electric bike everywhere, anytime. So why not take advantage of it!
